2. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Prices are subject to change, but any changes won't affect orders already placed. Promotional discounts may have additional terms and expiration dates.

3. Digital Products

Digital workbooks are delivered as downloadable PDF files. Once purchased, you may:

• Download the file to your devices
• Print copies for personal, home, or classroom use
• Use the workbook with the child it was created for

You may not:

• Share, redistribute, or resell the digital files
• Remove or alter any copyright notices
• Use the content for commercial purposes

4. Printed Products

Printed workbooks are shipped to the address you provide. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase!

• Digital products: Full refund within 30 days if you're not satisfied
• Printed products: Full refund or replacement if the product arrives damaged or defective
• Shipping issues: We'll work with you to resolve any shipping problems

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Workbook Heroes — including text, graphics, designs, and software — is owned by Workbook Heroes or our licensors and protected by copyright law.

The personalized workbooks you purchase are licensed for your personal use. You own the physical printed book, but the content remains our intellectual property.

7. User Content

When you provide information about your child (name, interests, etc.), you grant us permission to use that information solely to create the personalized workbook. We do not claim ownership of this information and handle it according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

Our workbooks are educational supplements and not a substitute for formal education or professional educational assessment. While we strive for curriculum alignment, we cannot guarantee that content meets every school's specific requirements.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.
